PURCHASING PROFESSIONALS FORUM INDIA

Rules   and   Regulations

01.  Each Member shall be bound by and conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Forum till such time their Membership is in force and shall also comply with the Goal and Objectives of the Forum.

02.   The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the application for Membership and open / close such Membership from time to time considering the circumstances. Upon granting of Membership, both parties shall maintain strict confidence and shall not, under any circumstances disclose to any third party information or material pertaining to the Forum.

03.   For anyone to become a member, there is no minimum professional qualification required.

04.   An individual who is filling up the form to become a Member of theForum is doing so entirely at his / her own will and there is no obligation from either side.

05.  Each Member, during enrollment, shall provide some personal and professional data which will be considered as true to the best of their knowledge at the time of declaration and will be used in the Forum's data base for all future purposes.Data will be kept confidential and if any personal information is given will not be shared with anyone without the consent of the person concerned.

06.  In case any Member changes his / her Employer / Organisation, the same must be conveyed to the Forum at an early date for the correction of records.

07.  Each Member is free to interact with other Members within the Forum to discuss matters pertaining to Purchasing and various aspects of the Materials function as a whole.

08.  All Members shall willingly contribute and share knowledge within the Forum in helping their Peers and Seniors without any hesitation or obligation.

09.   No Member shall disclose any data / information pertaining to the Forum to which they have an access, to any other external Agency / Association / Forum / Organisation without prior, written consent of the Executive Committee.

10.  No Member will have the right to either ask for any confidential information about the Forum or any information pertaining to the organisation where the other Member(s) is employed. Any Member disclosing information about their employer shall do so at his / her own risk and no one in the Forum other than them, shall be liable or responsible for the same.

11. Any act by an individual or individuals which is not in line with / against the Goal and Objectives of the Forum shall be liable for action as may be deemed fit and decided upon by the Executive Committee.

12.  Any Member who speaks, writes or spreads negative publicity about the Forum and where the Member has been found to malign / defame either the Forum or any Executive Committee Member / Members, shall stand to lose his / her membershipforever. Their membership will be terminated immediately without assigning any reason whatsoever and there will be no written intimation regarding the same. Request for membership / enrollment from such persons shall not be considered in future.
