• Ballroom: 4050 (90 x 45) sqft

  • Ballroom can be divided into 3 smaller halls i.e. Aravalli, Shavlik & Vindhya. The dimensions of each hall is 35 x 45 ft

• Nilgiri: 1800 (60 x 30) sq ft

• Connaught: 1260 (38.8 x 32.4) sq.ft

• Mountbatten: 750 (30 x 25) sq.ft

• Drawing room: 44x30 sq. ft.

 

    3. How much is the capacity of these halls?

• Ballroom: It can accommodate up to 350 guests in theatre style.

• Nilgiri: It can accommodate 80 guests in theatre style.

• Connaught: It can accommodate up to 60 guests in theatre style

• Mountbatten: It can accommodate up to 35 guests in theatre style.

• Drawing room: It can accommodate up to 30 guests in theatre style.

     Ballroom

• Located at lobby level

• A large hall with a facility to be spitted into 03 rooms with dimmer in each hall.

• Large pre function area where one can have chesterfield seating.

• Buffet arrangements, bar arrangement and courtyard facility.

• Best for big conferences, product launch parties, ring ceremony or cocktail/ dinner parties.

    Nilgiri

• Located at lobby level

• Hall with fountain view, chandeliers, tree chandeliers.

• Pre function area where one can have cocktails and dinner.

• Best for board meeting, press conferences, private functions and cocktail/ dinners.

    Connaught

• Located on the roof top

• One can view the famous monument like Humayun’s tomb, India gate and lots of greenery.

• Hall with terrace facility where one can have buffet, bar on the terrace.

• Hall is having elevated area inside where one can have buffet and bar.

• Best for private dinners, ring ceremonies and conferences.

    Mountbatten Suite

• Located on the roof top.

• Small hall with open terrace with facilities to place buffet and bar on the terrace.

• One can view the famous monument like Humayun’s tomb, India gate and lots of greenery.

• Place where one can have a look of capital in a gist.

• Type of function product display, board meeting and small dinner party.

    Drawing Room

• Located at lobby level

• Small hall with living room type seating

• We have given contracts to different firms for ours requirements like New Pandhi Tent houses takes care of chairs, tables, stages, special theme setup, big urlis etc.

• Cine centre take cares of entire audio visual requirement.

• Bajaj photo takes care of photo assignments, video conferencing facility, modern stage arts and special lighting equipments.

    8. What is function contract?

• There are set of legal papers sent to the organizers before the confirmation of a function. It contains the terms and condition n of the hotel, cancellation policies and billing arrangements.

 

    9. What is the cancellation policy?

• Any cancellation of function subsequent to signing the contract will result in 100% retention charges of the estimated billing.

     It is the informational sheet about the particular function like:
