1. Where is the Business Centre located?

• Business Centre is located at the pool level.

• It can be accessed through Guest elevators by pressing the ‘P’ button.

• Alternatively, one can also walk through the lobby and take the stairs in front of the water body.

 

    2. How many meeting rooms/private offices do we have?

• We have 10 meeting spaces associated with Business Centre which include:

• 4 private offices

• 2 six-seater meeting rooms

• 3 twelve-seater meeting rooms

• 1 sixteen-seater rooms

 

    3. What are the technological facilities available in the meeting rooms?

• Meeting  rooms are  equipped  with  63"ʺ/42"ʺ  wall  mounted  plasma  TV'ʹs 

• Polycom  in  each  meeting  room  enables  teleconferencing 

• Mini  Bar  in  all  meeting  rooms  (except  Private  Offices) 

• Videoconferencing  facility  in  the  16  seater 

• Drop down projectors

 

    4. What are the timings of Business Centre?

• It is operational 24 hours.

 

    5. Can a guest have a meal in the meeting rooms / board rooms?

• We have a special working lunch menu for Business Centre.

 

    6. What is the Service Tax on the usage of meeting rooms and internet access?

• Total 17% tax which includes:

• 14% Service Tax

• 3% Luxury Tax

 

    7. What are the various facilities available at Business Centre?

• Photocopying, Colour Printing, Internet access, Facsimile, Binding and Typing.

 

    8. How many personal workstations are there at Business Centre?

• 6

 

    9. What are the facilities available at the personal workstations?

• Personal workstations are fitted with Macs and PCs, printers, copiers and are connected to the internet (chargeable).
