  1. What is the concept of The Belvedere?

  • The Belvedere is a Business Club, which endeavours to provide the right atmosphere for leaders of Commerce & Industry. Membership to the club is restricted to select few of the top Business class, topmost executives of large companies or eminent personality and is purely by the invitation of Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi, Chairman of EIH Ltd.

  • The Belvedere service is such that no request of a Belvedere member or his guest will ever be declined unless it is absolutely impossible.

 

    2. What is The Belvedere fee structure?

  • One time Initiation fee (non-refundable)  : Rs. 15,00,000

  • Annual Subscription fee : Rs. 1,25,000

  • Service tax 14.50% : Rs. 2,27,500

  • Total Payment : Rs. 18,52,500

 

    3. What are the timings for The Belvedere?

  • The Belvedere operates from 08:00 am until 11:45pm

  • Breakfast: 08 am – 10:30 am

  • Lunch: 12:30 pm – 2:45 pm

  • Dinner: 7:30 pm – 11:45 pm

 

    4. What are the various areas of The Belvedere?

  • The Belvedere has: Bar Lounge, Library, Restaurant, and 3 Private Meeting/ Dining Areas - Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaipur.

 

    5. What is the seating capacity of The Belvedere?

  • The Belvedere has following seating capacity:

  • Bar Lounge - 28 covers

  • Belvedere Restaurant - 42 covers Private Meeting/Dining Areas:

  • Udaipur/Jodhpur - 08 covers

  • Jaipur - 12 covers

 

    6. What kind of cuisine do we serve at The Belvedere?

  • We offer a menu selection of predominantly Indian and Continental cuisine. However, a Belvedere member can order food from any Food and Beverage outlet, in the hotel to a maximum of four guests. This food will be served to him at the Belvedere itself.

 

    7. What are the various facilities offered to The Belvedere Member?

  • As a member of The Belvedere, New Delhi the guest is entitled to use the facility of The Belvedere in Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurgaon and Bengaluru. The presence of member is necessary for the services and facilities to be made available to his guests.

  • Listed below are some of the facilities and important functions pertaining to The Belvedere.

  • Private meeting rooms, which are available to members at an extra charge.

  • The Belvedere has a restaurant, a bar and a library.

  • The Belvedere card can be used as a no limit charge card in all Oberoi Hotels for the settlement of room bills and restaurant bills.

  • The members are entitled to use the airport lounge at the Mumbai domestic airport. This is free of charge.

  • The members and their guests can also use the Clippers Lounge at Delhi & M Mumbai International Airport at a nominal charge.

  • We act as a central reservation point for the members and their guests for Oberoi Hotels and Resorts.

  • To sum up we serve as a sole point of contact between our members and Oberoi Hotels and would be delighted to assist you to the best of our ability.

 

    8. What is the policy for children at The Belvedere?

  • The Belvedere is open to guests above the age of 18 years only. Children are not allowed at The Belvedere.

 

    9. What is the dress code for The Belvedere?

  • The dress code at the Belvedere is Western / Indian formal. Gentlemen with shorts/slippers are not allowed at The Belvedere.
