  1. Can a guest have his flight ticket charged to his bill?

  • Yes. We can pay on the guest’s behalf and post the charges to his/her room bill. There will be a 3.5 % commission applicable on the same if the guest is settling his bills by credit card.

 

    2. Can we arrange medicines for the guest?

  • Yes. The Concierge can arrange for medicines prescribed by an authorized doctor on request. Basic medicines are also available at the Concierge.

 

    3. What is the loyalty program offered to our guests?

  • Oberoi Advantage is the loyalty program of The Oberoi Hotels that rewards frequent guests on stay and other eligible spends in participating Oberoi hotels.

  • Current Offer: Stay 5 nights across Oberoi hotels in Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Mumbai or Dubai between 1st October, 2015 until 31st March, 2016 and receive one night with our compliments.

  • Complimentary stay may be availed at any Oberoi hotel in India, Indonesia, Dubai, Mauritius and Egypt.

  • Our Concierge can assist in planning a sightseeing itinerary and a chauffeur driven car, along with a guide who will showcase Delhi’s various attractions.

 

    15. How far are the domestic and international airport terminals from the hotel and how long does it take to reach there?

  •  Domestic Airport – 18kms – 45 mins drive

  • International Airport – 23kms – 1 hour drive

 

    16. How much time prior to the flight would guests have to reach the airport?

  • For a domestic flight, guests would have to be there at the airport at least 1 hour prior to the flight. 

  • For an international flight, guests would have to be there at the airport at least 2 hours prior to the flight.

 

    17. Do we print airline tickets for resident guests?

  • Business Centre offers free internet for 10 minutes only for the purpose of printing airline tickets for resident guests.

  • Alternatively, if a guest has a ticket on his phone / tablet / laptop / USB drive, we can print it at no charge.

 

    18. Which is the nearest ATM machine from the hotel?

  • Upon entering the reception lobby, the house phones are on the left, just beside the Cashier’s counter. 

 

    22. Do we have a book shop in the hotel?

  • Ritika Book Shop is located at the lobby entrance on the right.

 

    23. Do we provide any eating options for guests leaving early morning before threesixty opens for breakfast?

  • Yes. We do have a Breakfast trolley at the Reception area with breakfast rolls, fruits and beverages. It is complimentary.

 

    24. Can a guest settle bills via cheque?

  • We accept cash or debit/credit cards. If the guest insists on paying by cheque, special approval from Director of Sales / FC / Hotel Manager / GM is required.

 

    25. Can a guest get movies/DVDs in the hotel? Is there a list available in the room? What are the charges?

  • Yes, guests can get movies / DVDs from the hotel. The list is available with the Butlers. It is a complimentary service.

 

    26. Do we have yoga classes at our hotel?

  • Yes, the yoga sessions are organised from 7 am to 8 am everyday on complimentary bases. Post that Rs. 1000 per hour is charged in case a guest requires a yoga session.

 

    27. Which cars are available for hire at the hotel?

  • Toyota Corolla, Toyota Innova and Mercedes E Class, BMW 5 Series and Audi A8

 

    28. Can guests get a taxi outside the hotel?

  • Black and Yellow Air-conditioned cabs are available. Guests can contact the doorman for assistance in calling one; however we do not take any responsibility for their quality or the rates they charge.         

 

    29. Where can the guest store luggage?

  • Luggage can be stored at the Bell Desk.
