  • Threesixty is an All Day Dining restaurant. It is a restaurant that puts on stage the spectacle of the “theatre of cooking”, creating a feeling of activity, energy and drama through the display of food and of its preparation. It will communicate comfort, service and luxury, still being accessible and welcoming. The blend of our unique cuisine, refined yet personal service and breath-taking atmosphere represents our foundation.

 

    2. Why the all-day dining restaurant is called ‘Threesixty’?

        There are 2 reasons for this:

  • The menu is a world cuisine menu and has preparations from different parts of the world.

  • The guests, wherever they sit in the restaurant, are sitting in the middle of a circle of activity

 

    3. What kind of cuisine do we serve at Threesixty?

  • The restaurant is a World Cuisine Restaurant, not a multi cuisine restaurant. It presents a menu of modern cuisine. Using only the highest quality products from various local farmers as well as exceptional national and international sources, Chefs create dishes that are strong in character yet full in flavour.

 

    4. What are the meal period timings for the restaurant?

        The following timings for specific meal periods are as follows:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 am – 10:30 am (10:45 am on Sat & Sun)

  • Lunch: 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm

  • Afternoon Tea: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Dinner: 7:00 pm – 11:45 pm

  • All Day Menu: 11:30 am – 7:00 pm & 11:45 pm – 1:00 am

    6. What are the various areas of the restaurant?

  • The restaurant has 4 live kitchen theatres; Yakitori, Wood fired pizza oven, Tandoor and a Sushi bar. The Restaurant is divided into the Lounge, with a bar and the restaurant. The live kitchen menu at dinner closes at 11:45 pm and the sushi closes at 11:30 pm.

 

    7. What is the wine cellar?

  • The wine cellar is a climate controlled cellar with a holding capacity of 1200 bottles. It has a tasting table where guests can taste some of our wines. The wine cellar is maintained at 18° C temperature. The word ENOTECA, the name of our cellar, is an Italian word and means “a place to get together to have wine”

 

    8. What are Sushi / yakitori?

  • Sushi: The simple definition of sushi is vinegared rice with a filling or topping of raw, cooked, or marinated fish, shellfish, vegetable, or egg. It is eaten as a snack, an appetizer, or as a main course and comes in many different forms, from bowls of rice scattered with fish and vegetables to rolled, pressed, and hand formed sushi. The beverage of choice is usually sake.

 

  • Yakitori: Is skewered meats, primarily chicken although other meats and vegetables are also used. Before it is grilled, the food is dipped into either a sweetish soy based sauce. The beverage of choice with yakitori is usually beer.

    11. What are the highlights of Threesixty’s interior decoration?

  • The flooring in the lounge is sandstone. The flooring in the restaurant is Canadian oak and the wood used in Enoteca and live counters is teak wood. The stone used to make the wall next to hostess desk and Enoteca is Nimbahada. The tables are Korean tops. The wooden sticks hanging from the ceiling are made of hollow aluminum with a wooden finish.

    14. What are the different menus offered by Threesixty?

       The menu offer at the restaurant changes with the times of the day. The following are the guidelines for the same:

  • Breakfast - The restaurant serves breakfast starting at 7 am. There is a cold & hot buffet spread consisting of cold meats, cereals, salads, fruits, yogurts, breakfast pastries juices choice of Indian & Continental hot items with a live egg station which are laid out in the live kitchen of the restaurant. 

       The price for the complete buffet (continental + hot dish) is 1350/- + Taxes the price for the continental buffet is 650/-++

       Tea & coffee is included for both buffet

 

  • Lunch: -The restaurant starts lunch service at 12:30 pm. There is an a la carte menu which starts at 11:30am and a buffet that begins at 1230 pm. The price for the buffet is 2750/-and the soup, salad and dessert buffet is priced at 1950 + taxes

        On Saturday’s it is priced at Rs 2900/-and includes an unlimited pour of Chinkara wines and aerated drinks.

        On Sunday’s, the price changes to 4250/-+ taxes as there is a larger spread and the price includes unlimited pour of G. H Mumm, Chinkara wines,

        Martinis, Mojitos, Kingfisher beer and non-alcoholic cocktails and kitchen beverages(including shakes and lassis). Without champagne, the price

        would be 3650/-. ++

 

  • Dinner: -The restaurant starts dinner service at 7 pm and uses only an a la carte menu for the same. We only serve sushi, sandwiches and desserts in the lounge. The decision to serve any other item rests with the restaurant manager. We do not pack any sushi in summers.

 

  • All Day dining: - This menu operates between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. It also operates from 1145 pm, when the dinner menu closes, till 1:00 am, when we take our last orders.

 

  • Afternoon-Tea: -The afternoon Hi tea menu is on from 4 pm till 7 pm. It has sweet and savoury items. Also shakes, Cold Coffee, Tea, Coffee & smoothies.

 

  • The above mentioned prices are without the inclusion of tax i.e. 12.5% VAT on Food, 20% on Beverage and 5.80% service tax will be applicable.

  • At Threesixty children below the age of 8 are not permitted after 8pm.

  • Taipan in Cantonese literally signifies an influential person of a higher class. We would in lay man’s language call this person a big shot or a supreme leader. The name was commonly used to refer to high powered business executives and entrepreneurs in Hong Kong when it was under British control in the 19th century during the opium wars.

  • This Chinese speciality restaurant is the oldest restaurant in The Oberoi New Delhi. It distinguishes itself in being a leader in providing skill-full, artistic and healthy Chinese cuisine.

  • The Oberoi Patisserie and Delicatessen is a retail outlet/shop selling exclusive food and beverage products/ items. We specialize in high quality Delicatessen items, homemade pastas, patisserie, breads, homemade chocolates, cheeses and cold cuts. We are well known for our designer cakes as well. We also have a small menu of beverage that you can enjoy while you wait for your order to be packed. There is an array of pastries and savoury items that are freshly baked throughout the day and can also be served to you in the shop itself.

  • Breakfast - At The Oberoi Patisserie and Delicatessen we serve breakfast rolls, tea and coffee only. Full breakfast buffet is served at the all-day dining restaurant, Threesixty.

  • All day dining (11 am – 9 pm)

  • A selection of snacks, smoothies, shakes and hot chocolates are offered. All pastries, cakes and savouries on display can be served at the table.

  • The tea and coffee counter - A select range of teas and coffee are available for service and purchase as retail as well.

  • Chocolate counter - A variety of handmade chocolates are displayed here. The back shelves display the cookies. Boxes of seven or fourteen chocolates are available. We also do a box of 16 macaroons which is a specialty.

  • Cake and pastry counter - A wide range of pastries and cakes are on display. The cakes can be pre ordered in various sizes and shapes besides the ones on display.

  • Chocolate room - Chocolate room is used for hand finished chocolates, pralines and macaroons. You have the opportunity to see the finishing of the chocolates in the shop.

  • Meat and cheese counter - This section has imported meats and cheeses. These are cut and packed in front of you. You can also taste and decide. There is a range of delicatessen products from Oberoi charcuterie and homemade marinated olives.

 

    8. Are there any retail products available?

  • Yes. We have pastas, spreads, honey, vinegar, olive oils and condiments.

 

    9. Do we serve lunch in Patisserie?

  • No. There is no lunch in TOPAD. We serve savouries like quiches, patties & filled croissants enjoy while your order is being packed. It is not a restaurant.

 

    10. Do we take reservations in Patisserie?

  • No. Patisserie is a shop. It is not a restaurant.

 

    11. Are there any discounts available?

  • We only accept the EIH discount coupons. FHRAI and HAI are not valid on retail purchases.

  • Yes we do on an advance notice of at least two days. We will be delighted to have our chefs sit with you and customize a cake to your liking.
